I loved my excellent stay. It was low-budget and tidy hotel. It was across the mountain area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We had a lovely stay because of the swimming pool. Enjoyed abundant breakfast and large bed. The room was functional and luxurious, though the views were really bad. Central location, not too far from Moku'aikaua Church. The in-house restaurant was good with plenty of meals in the menu.

The hotel was spotless and economical, liked the nice beds. The staff - exceptional & were happy to help. There was plenty of fab options for continental breakfast. Perfect 10/10 stay in the tranquil area.

Everything was fantastic except the room that was not yet cleaned.

Brilliant location, within walking distance of Island Breeze Luau Dinner Theater. The breakfast was tasty, with variety of eggs, hot waffles and bangers.

Facilities were new, though Wi-Fi didn't work.

The hotel was good old and I enjoyed the streets of Kailua-Kona. Quiet location - walking distance to the shops and a market. Absolutely superb view of bay. The breakfast was NICE HOT and had hot waffles, eggs, bangers, cereals and muffins!

Stayed in the room that really needed to be cleaned.

a nice place for exploring kailua-kona. we had a beach view from our room. the restaurant was located within 500 feet.
